When facing childhood cancer a vacation may seem miles away. By raising $500, you could help give a family a vacation from childhood cancer. At our annual family camp in Brenham, families escape to a weekend of fun!

It will be a fun day for the entire family. There will be face painting, music, food, and raffle prizes.Don't forget, the Family and Company Walk teams that raise the most money will receive Grand Prizes.

We will honor our courageous children who have faced cancer and/or continuing their fight with a balloon release. Also a special presentation will be held to honor two Super Hero caregivers, Rhonda Robert, Ph.D. and Dana Swan. They have given so much and hold a special place in the hearts of children with cancer and their families.

Raising funds for your walk team is easy. Simply send out an email asking your friends and family to log on to www.candle.org and make a donation to your team (i.e. Team Wortham).

On Saturday, August 27th come Shop For A Cause and combine your love for Candlelighters with your love for shopping. Sponsored by Macy's, you can purchase exclusive savings passes for only $5. Each pass gives the shopper 25% off all regular sale merchandise and 10% off electronics, furniture and appliances the ENTIRE DAY, at ANY MACY'S NATIONWIDE, and Online.
