It is that time of year again - time for the Candlelighters Tee It Up Golf Tournament. Join us on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Sugar Creek Country Club . Our Tee It Up Golf Committee is already busy planning another great day of golf for our annual Golf Tournament benefiting Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Family Alliance. We hope you will join us for a fun day of golf for a great cause.
If you have played in our tournament before you know that the children with cancer and their families that Candlelighters serves rely on the support of the local community. This tournament is a big part of the support we provide to the over 1,200 families a month that rely on Candlelighters and we appreciate your belief in our mission. Last year’s tournament raised over $75,000 to fund Candlelighters programs and services. Your support is so important in helping us to continue to help families with our programs and services. It you have not played in our tournament, join us for a day of golf for a truly great cause!
Besides golf, we will have our wonderful raffle tickets again this year. We will attempt to move around the golf course quickly and plan to have plenty of food and drinks to enjoy.
Please take a moment to review the attached sponsorship form and designate your Sponsor Level. Candlelighters is able to receive your form by fax at (713) 270-9802 or by e-mail at lwheeler@candle.org You can also register on-line at www.candle.org If you cannot participate, please consider sending in a check to help support our cause. Every dollar counts for our organization. Equally important, every dollar is well spent.
We know that you receive many worthy requests, but we also know that your involvement with Candlelighters and this golf tournament will significantly benefit our children with cancer and their families. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Steve Wideman Cindi Hamman Jennifer Wilbur
