No Matter What Happens Each Day ~ Look For the Victories!

Flowers

We often focus on the victories in our lives on only the huge, big events.  Victories are indeed wonderful however, victories don't always have to be in the form of some major, life-changing event.  Many times even the smallest successes are often overlooked and are not fully appreciated.

Certainly the big victories are monumental and they are to be enjoyed however, how often do you take the time to really celebrate smaller, daily victories?  Perhaps you were able to finally get that client off of the fence to make a decision.  Maybe you put on your workout shoes and clothes and began your exercise regime.  It could be that you simply made a decision that has been weighing you down.

The point is that victories in life can come in all shapes and sizes.  We tend to focus on the really monumental incidences while giving little regard for the little things.  I do believe that when we can appreciate even the smallest of victories in our daily living that we then begin to recognize successes in many different forms.  Victories give us confidence to continue moving forward and therefore we need to be consistently finding the victories no matter how small they may be.

What have your victories been today?  Stop and give yourself a pat on the back!  Never take any victory no matter how insignificant it may seem to elevate your awareness of it!  Celebrate the small things and find your victories each and every day!
