Take Time to THANK a Teacher Today!In our area today, the majority of schools are back in session.  It has been great to see all of the pictures on social media of the kiddos all dressed up and ready to go!  Some Moms tearful while others joyful! As a former educator, take the time today to THANK a teacher today!  If you have never taught, you simply cannot understand the countless hours of preparation, planning and setting up that goes into a typical day.  Teachers also spend a lot of their own money buying things for lessons and for their classrooms. So why not tell a teacher how much you appreciate them?  Do something special for them just because! Volunteer in your local schools even if you don't have students there! Thank you to all teachers for what you do!  You really do make a difference in the lives of your students.
