Do You Strive to Exceed Your Client's Expectations?Expectations are interesting.  In order to exceed an expectation, it is important to first establish what those expectations are for a certain client or situation.  Once you know what those expectations are, you can then work towards exceeding them. Is it important to always succeed in exceeding? Perhaps not.  There are times when we just can't exceed the expectations of some clients.  If they are unrealistic, unbending and not willing to take advice then these may be the type of clients that you know going forward with them may result in not having a great experience.  Knowing this prior to working with them is always nice. Here are some great tips to help you in exceeding your client's expectations: Expect more of yourself than others expect. Refuse to live off of yesterday. Respect is something that is earned daily. Ask lots of questions. Only travel the high road. Don't make excuses. Give 100% when preparing & meeting your clients. Value your clients. Really cue in and listen to your clients. Being able to exceed a client's expectations is a great way to establish a life-long client.  People recognize when you do more than what is expected.  In the long run, exceeding expectations always pay off.      "Have you fully lived today?"
