Sunday Blessings ~ EXHALE! Breathing is important.  The process of breathing is typically something that we don't think about until we have a problem with our breathing.  If you suffer from asthma or any other breathing difficulty, you most likely appreciate the act of breathing more than most. Five years ago when I lost my left lung to a massive tumor, I too became acutely aware of the blessing of breathing.  Every breath was laborious and extremely painful after the surgery.  Still today there are times when just going up a flight of stairs is difficult. The miracle however, is that our bodies were uniquely created.  Having two sets of lungs enables people like myself to go on in life while missing a part of it.  Many people go through life missing limbs, a kidney, etc.  I am thankful for each and every body part! Today, I launched a Women's Small Group at my church called EXHALE.  A place to rest, breathe out the junk in our lives and breathe in God's Word.  I am super excited about our new group! Have a great week!      "Have you fully lived today?"
