Lower Your Residential Property Taxes with Just a couple of clicks…….

Homeowners, there has never been a less complicated way to have your residential property value professionally evaluated.  IProtestMyValue.com is an on-line residential tax evaluation service that Texas Homeowners can log onto, 24-7 and evaluate their residential property tax value.  Homeowners no longer have to ring their real estate agents up to ask the favor, “will you please run comparable sales in my neighborhood, so I can protest my property taxes?”  Nor do they have to hunt around various sites, trying to compile the information to present to the Appraisal Districts. Homeowners now have all the information available, with just a couple of clicks of the mouse and a couple of minutes of time.

I started our Red Alert posts, late in the season in 2010, by zip codes.  I’ve started 2011 by posting the alerts on FaceBook, but realized that some of our readers don’t use FaceBook and would rather read the blogs.   Thank you for your time and allegiance.  Comments would be greatly appreciated!  Therefore,  I am going to post the red alerts on both!  If you live in these zip codes or know of someone who does – do yourself a favor and get on our site  IProtestMyValue.com and see if you are one of the Homeowners that is paying too much in property taxes!  It’s a no risk, no commitment analysis.

Here are the 2011 Red Alerts that have been posted thus far:
