It’s not too late to obtain your evidence package.  If you chose to protest your taxes yourself and need evidence to ensure a successful protest of your value or if you did not receive the reduction in your value that you had hoped for at your preliminary hearing and you elevated your case to the Appraisal Review Board, then log-on to IProtestMyValue.com BEFORE your ARB hearing and obtain the evidence package to successfully protest your value.

We are pleased to report that we have received numerous emails and phone calls from Homeowners that used our evidence package, advising that they have received significant reductions in their 2010 residential property values at HCAD.  The evidence package that IProtestMyValue.com  provided to Homeowners seems to be well received by the Appraisal Review Board panel, more so than with the representatives at the HCAD informal hearings.... In addition, we have been notified by Homeowners that foreclosures were not being considered at the informal hearings and that only 2009 sales were being made part of the computation to establish value.  I suppose we can only surmise that although the changes in the Property Tax Law, effective January 2010 states differently, that this is how HCAD has decided to roll in 2010........

We want to thank all of you that have clicked onto our blog at IProtestMyValue.com   As of yesterday, we surpassed 1000 hits!   Please share your experience about your 2010 tax protest - whether you represented yourselves; used our service; or contracted the services of a tax consultant.  We are interested to know what your experience has been.

At IProtestMyValue.com  we truly appreciate your business and would appreciate you recommending us to your friends, family and neighbors.  As homeowners, it’s our money and we have a right to keep it!
