Houston Sales Boosted By Tax Credit

The tax credit gave a boost to our local homes sales in Spring. The typical buying/selling season is upon us with the end of the school year looming.  It will be interesting to see if this spike in activity can sustain itself.  At any rate, the boost in sales added some much needed progress for many listing that sat stagnate on the market for so long. This will help to offer a fresh start to the summer season.
