2009 Winners and Losers
Luxury homebuilders and neighborhoods with high foreclosures were some of the losers, while investors and 1st Time Homebuyers came out on top in 2009. The tax credit and over supply of financial distress homes made it a successful year for some buyers. However, unless your were a seller with a lot of equity in your property, 2009 was a tough year.
