We have sold 1002 homes YTD in 2012 as compared to 896 homes in the same time period in 2011. Sales are up 12%. All price ranges have experienced an increase of sales anywhere from 2 to 80% with the exception of homes priced in the $100's, they are down 17% and sales for homes in the $900's have remained flat. The 700's have seen the increase of 80%, and homes in the $800's are not too far behind with a 50% increase in sales!
