The Woodlands Real Estate Village of Creekside Park features several new neighborhoods that have recently opened, including Liberty Branch, The Estates at Blairs Way, Wooded Overlook, Heron Place and Daffodil Meadow, complimenting existing neighborhoods throughout the village. Neighborhoods in Creekside Park feature a variety of new home choices, including patio homes, townhomes, villas and single-family homes priced from the $270’s to more than $1 million.
New single-family homes are offered by popular homebuilders including Darling, David Weekley, J. Kyle, M/I Homes, J. Patrick, Partners in Building, Perry Homes, Ryland, Toll Brothers and Village Builders. Homes range in size from approximately 2,296 – 5,295 square feet and include three to five bedrooms, two to five-and-a-half baths (some plans offer more than one half bath) and two- to four-car garages.
Darling Homes and Toll Brothers are offering new homes on 75-foot homesites in Wooded Overlook, priced from the $570’s – $800’s, and Toll Brothers is building on 110-foot homesites in The Estates at Blairs Way ($800’s – $1 million).
Luxurious patio homes are being offered by Coventry, Darling, and Ryland in the gated enclave of Timarron Lakes, priced from the $380’s – $630’s. Timarron Lakes will feature a 2,300-square-foot clubhouse overlooking Lake Reverie, the largest of several lakes in the neighborhood.
Palmetto is offering patio homes and townhomes in the traditional neighborhood development of Liberty Branch, priced from the $270’s and up. Village Builders is offering villas in Heron Place from the $280’s and Perry Homes is making its entrée into The Woodlands with townhomes in Daffodil Meadow from the $300’s.
In addition to the outstanding recreational amenities Creekside Park is now known for, including Rob Fleming Park and Aquatic Center, the George Mitchell Nature Preserve, the Creekside YMCA and Lake Paloma, Wendtwoods Park offers 12 acres of greenspace convenient to those living in new neighborhoods west of Kuykendahl. The new park, which opened last summer, features a lake and water features, tennis and basketball courts, a pavilion and two open sports fields in addition to the 14th community swimming pool in The Woodlands.
