Homes for sale in The Woodlands TX – Several new neighborhoods are featured in The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park. Situated west of Kuykendahl Road off Creekside Forest Drive, four of the newest neighborhoods include Coronet Ridge, The Estates at Blairs Way, Twin Ponds and Wooded Overlook. Both Darling Homes and Toll Brothers offer new single-family homes, priced from the $400s to more than $1 million, in these neighborhoods.

Toll Brothers presents luxurious homes in The Estates at Blairs Way, priced from the $800s to more than $1 million. Homes range in size from 3,420 to 5,690 square feet and include four to five bedrooms, up to four-and-a-half baths and three- to four-car garages. The model home at The Estates at Blairs Way is the Vallagio Bordeaux. This home’s warmth begins with its grand two-story foyer, offering a view of the stunning curved staircase. Expansive entertaining areas include the enormous game room with cathedral ceiling, well-equipped kitchen with center island and adjacent breakfast area, and two-story great room with fireplace. The Vallagio provides a welcome place for you and your guests with a first floor master bedroom accented by a tray ceiling; a dramatic master bath with Roman tub, dual-sink vanity, separate shower with seat, and very large walk-in closet; and a private secondary bedroom with full bath and spacious walk-in closet. The Vallagio is priced from $893,995 at The Estates at Blairs Way.

Darling Homes offers new, one- and two-story homes in the enclave of Twin Ponds, priced from the $400s to the $475s. Homes range in size from 2,594 to 3,298 square feet and include three to four bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half baths and two- to three- car garages. The model, Plan 5245B, highlights large arched entries, vaulted ceilings and walls of windows throughout.

In the neighborhood of Wooded Overlook, both Darling and Toll Brothers feature single-family homes, priced from the $570s to the $750s. One- and two-story homes are offered and range in size from 2,924 to 4,480 square feet. Residences include three to five bedrooms, up to five-and-a-half baths and three- to four-car garages. Designed with a stone and stucco exterior, Plan 7490S by Darling highlights a downstairs media room and a large living area that offers ample space for entertaining. Toll Brothers’ Vitoria Mission model includes a two-story study and dining room, a planning center off the kitchen and designer ceiling treatments throughout the home.

In the neighborhood of Coronet Ridge, Darling and Toll Brothers present single-family homes, priced from the $700s. One- and two story homes include approximately 3,697 to 5,050 square feet of living space, three to five bedrooms, up to five-and-a-half baths and three- to four car garages. Darling is selling out of Pondera Point while Toll Brothers is selling out of The Estates at Blairs Way.
