Gary Glen was the host neighborhood for The Woodlands 2003 Showcase of Homes. Custom builders participating in this neighborhood include Jeff Paul, John Post, George Weaver, Stephen Hahn, Calli, and Reuby.

Current home size ranges from 7,000 to 9,000 square feet. Lots range from 40,000 to 60,000 square feet. Prices begin at $2 million.
