2010 Ends With Some Ups and Downs

The MLS report for December is out. While sales volume has declined for the last six months, the reduction in sales has seemed to slow. The good news is that the prices of single family homes is on the rise.

The next couple of months should give us an indication of what is in store for 2011. Let's all hope for an improved economy, rising employment and steady interest rates.
