2010 TAX CREDIT CONTINUES TO SKEW HOUSTON HOUSING MARKET DATA

That's the title of HAR's latest press release. While we all hear about how home sales are down compared to last year, the truth is that last years figures are based on a surge in home sales because of the Federal Tax Credit. The good news is that home prices are continuning to rise.
