Pitfalls Of Rental Homes

Thinking of buying a rental house for an investment?  With housing prices as low as they are, and traditional investment returns not as attractive as they once were, it could be a good time to consider rental market.  There is a demand for rental which is driving rents up as well as returns.

There are challenges to owning rental homes and many investors do loose money.  Here is a good article I found in the Wall Street Journal that could help avoid some of the pitfalls of owning rental properties.
