Flood Insurance Stop Gap Extension Passed, but….

October 5th, 2011


….this short-term extension of the National Flood Insurance Program needs a long term extension.  It has been extended ten times in the last three years.  The program ensures access to affordable flood insurance for more than 5.6 million home and business owners, and is the only way they can financially protect their property from flood damage.
