Home Sales Continue Upward Trend

According to a MLS press release today, home sales for September, climbed 17% compared to a year earlier. This has been the fourth straight month the volume of sold homes increased. Also in the report, the average price of a single-family home rose 0.4% from September 2010 to $213,334, the highest level for a September in Houston.
