Houston Home Sales Show Continued Vitality

MLS February residential sales statistics are out and show nine consecutive months of positive home sales across the greater Houston area. February sales of single-family homes soared 16.9 percent versus one year earlier. Single family lease properties continue to be in high demand, with a 21.1 percent increase.
