Are Real Estate Reality TV Shows Portraying a Realistic Picture?

Real estate themed TV shows are very popular now days. They show excited home owners buying their dream home, but some say these shows are not realistic. As a realtor, I really enjoy watching the thrill of my buyers when they choose and close their home.
In reality, some aspects of getting to that point would make very boring television.
