An Economist’s Letter to Millennials Who Can’t (Yet) Buy a Home

Jonathan Smoke, the chief economist of realtor.com, pens this interesting and informative letter to millennials who are in a position to buy a home this year. This group, born between 1981 and 2000, is the country's largest, and believes home ownership has a role in building wealth.
That being said, they also believe that they face several economic challenges in the path to home ownership.
