My first post was published on the Houston Real Estate Observer yesterday.  It is about the great home values you can find in Cypress versus other Houston suburbs.  Specifically, I compare prices between Cypress, The Woodlands, Katy, and Sugar Land.  Definitely check out the article and let me know your thoughts!
