In terms of the listing, I am curious how you price a house like this. Since January 1, 2000, the most expensive residential real estate sold in Cypress was this exact estate in February 2006 and no other Cypress home has sold for over $3 million. Finding comps to help with pricing for such a place would be difficult to say the least.
I would also have liked if the listing had more interior pictures and / or video so I could have a better idea about what $12 million buys me in Cypress.
According to the Google Street View of the property, it does look like the current owners are into equestrian.
