Although I really do like Bridgeland a lot and recommend it to a bunch of clients, it does have its drawbacks.  In this video, I discuss some of those dislikes.

• Location (15 minutes just to get to Hwy 290 from back of Bridgeland)
• Tax rate (3.71%)
• Narrow streets
• Smaller lots for the money
• Fees to sell you house
• No native trees where homes are built (Katy Prairie)
