Are okay with the location farther out Hwy 290
You have a lower price range (< $120k) and would like your kids to go to excellent schools
Looking for excellent elementary schools within walking distance (There are 3 within Fairfield)
Would like new middle school (The new school opens Fall 2011)
You prefer a more established neighborhood (Fairfield started building in 1988)
You may not consider Fairfield if:
