Houston, TX, December 04, 2012 –(PR.com)– Home buyers looking for new homes in Houston will find plenty of promising opportunities at Taylor Morrison’s Cypress Creek Lakes community this winter.
Taylor Morrison is unveiling its new Grande Series of floor plans at Cypress Creek Lakes in December, making its initial 10 home sites available for pre-sales with an additional 25 to follow in 2013. The Grande Series includes new Houston homes that range from approximately 3,700 to 5,100 square feet, built on 80-foot home sites and starting in the mid $300,000s.
Taylor Morrison will unveil its Brantley model in January 2013. In the meantime, the pre-sales period will give home buyers the opportunity at first selection of home sites in the desirable community.
