12 Eggs, separated
12 tbsp powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup bourbon or rye whiskey
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 quart Egg Nog Mix
Ground nutmeg
1. Beat egg yolks until thick and creamy.
2. Slowly add powdered sugar while stirring.
3. Add bourbon while beating.
4. Add in Egg Nog mix.
5. Whip cream and whisk into yolk mix.
6. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
7. Chill thoroughly.
8. Serve in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
