What's wrong with an OLD SURVEY?

A survey is a snapshot in time. It shows property boundaries, improvements built across deed, easement or setback lines (all which are RED FLAGS). A survey a few months old, probably nothing to worry about. A survey that's 10 years or older, there's a big window for change. If you're buying a home, remember these tips to help you decide if you need to get a NEW SURVEY.
