Open the windows and air out the house, even in the winter. The air inside a house can be more toxic than outside, partially due to products used for cleaning. Use natural cleaning products, such as baking soda & vinegar, instead of chemicals, for everyday cleaning. Houseplants, such as Boston ferns, philodendrons & peace lilies, are excellent at removing toxins & are easy to maintain.
