Use These Numbers to Order Reports:Caution: If your phone request gets lost, you'll have to write to them anyway. If your letter is after 30 days of being denied credit, employment, or insurance, you might have to pay for the report. It would be a good idea to mention in your letter the date that you requested the report by phone. Your written request should contain proof of your identity and current address, such as your driver's license and a copy of a utility bill.
