BEFORE YOU PUT YOUR HOUSE UP FOR SALE, YOU MUST

DE-CLUTTER the closets, your bedrooms, your garage, etc
Take 1 room at a time. If you don't use it or haven't used it lately, get rid of it!
Remove an item as you put new ones in. Tackle this job. Having your house crammed with stuff from 1 end to the other makes it looks small, like there's not much room.
The garage needs to look like you can park cars in it. Remove all the oil stains, dirt and grim.
Unclutter those kitchen cabinets and get that pantry organized. When a prospective buyer opens your closet, you don't want your tennis racket or a Christmas wreath falling out! Pack this stuff up in storage bins and get out of the house if you want it to show "well."
Call me Today and let's get your home ON THE MARKET!
