Black & White kitchens never seem to go out of style, they appeal to a majority of buyers. They especially are appealing when they have "stainless steel" appliances complimenting each other. Jazz up your kitchen and enjoy it before you have to sell. You'll be glad you did!
The kitchen can be a "deal breaker" in a home. Today's buyer wants a pretty kitchen with updated appliances, counter tops, flooring etc. After all, this is the room where everybody congregates and hangs out the most! Redoing a kitchen or baths brings the best return on your investment, than any other rooms in the house!
So don't waste money on things that are just "frill" and fluff like an outdoor kitchen, spa or cedar closet if you haven't remodeled the kitchen first. The kitchen is the heart and center of the home; make it count!
