Let's start with the outside! Remove all leaves and debris from the roof, especially in the valleys.  This will extend the life of your roof!  Clean out the gutters!  Gutters can't do their job if they are clogged with leaves and cause more damage than good!  Look for exterior repairs, the fence, the trim, does it need painting.  Preventative maintenance assures lower maintenance costs! Clean up yard, leaves, debris etc.
