The Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) recently named Bridgeland Developer of the Year 2011 during its recent 71st Anniversary Extravaganza.
Bridgeland is an 11,400 acre master planned community in Northwest Houston.Bridgeland celebrated five years of development in 2011.The community will one day include more than 20,000 homes for 65,000 residents.
“Houston has one of the strongest and most active housing markets in the nation, so it’s really an honor to be recognized for superior development,” said Peter Houghton, vice president of Bridgeland.
