Real Estate sales in Sugar Land is nothing like the national media would have you believe. Prices have been mostly level with individual neighborhoods being slightly up or slighly down. The number of homes on the market is down by 15 to 25%. This indicated that owners are in a wait and see mode. My guess is that if homeowners become confident that they will not loose their job we will see a fast increase in activity especially in the lower price ranges of homes.
