Routine Household Maintenance

Regular maintenance of household items will help keep expensive repairs costs minimal as well as help you save on utility bills.  Here is a list of items to review in your Fall/Winter months:

-Check Roof for excessive summer wear
-Clean chimney prior to first fall/winter burn
-Clean outdoor furniture
-Replace a/c filters
-Call your HVAC technician for Fall Cleaning & Check-up
-Drain outdoor hoses
-Inspect and clean-out gutters
-Call your pool specialist for Equipment Cleaning & Check-up
-Clean out dryer vents
-Replace Batteries on Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors
-Check fire extinquisers, if you haven't had them checked or charged recently contact your local fire station for guidelines and recommendations
-Clean window screens
