I see quite a lot of homes that have been renovated and well, usually you can pretty much tell what they did and how they did it ... the space is kind of chopped up ... rooms have been "stuck on" ... the flooring is different elevations, etc. Not this one, all you can tell with this one is it is gloriously beautiful inside and practically a seamless expansion of the original 1906* house (* = per HCAD).
