Yesss... that's what they call me. "Judith-the-floor-plan-lady" comes out all in one breath as an introduction, as a description, as a greeting,  and even on the phone ..."Is this Judith-the-floor-plan-lady?" "Yes, it is --- how can I help you?"

I have a unique and effective product that appeals to realtors, home-sellers and home-buyers that you have to "see" to really understand its power and impact. It is, by definition, a digital product and while it does print quite well, you REALLY need to view a SMARTePLAN online to take advantage of its powerful online magnification properties ... no more squinting at jpg drawings trying to figure out just what the heck you're looking at.

And, I'm still tinkering with it... I expect I always will. One of the results of past "tinkering" is a new product that launched this year. The ability to move  furniture (drawn to scale)  around inside the property plan! Right off of MLS! 

Yup... on more than one occasion the listing realtor would call and say for example ... "If they have a piano 60" x 74" will they be able to put it in the Dining Room over by the French doors and still have enough room to open the door?"  Well, let's draw it in and take a look ...   After several of these types of requests I decided to create the product so people could move things around for themselves (anonymously) right off of the property listing on MLS. Pool tables, pianos, exercise equipment, dining room tables... anybody interested in the house wants to know its going to FIT... a very reasonable notion.

Yes, I still "move" things for people... I like being helpful... and I still listen to what my realtors and home buyers/sellers say to me ... so welcome to my blog and I look forward to listening to what you have to say.
