I was really struck with all the thoughtful little "extra" details spread throughout the property that are hard to put your finger on, but when you see them you think "Sweet!" .. and then when you keep seeing them one after the other -- it all REALLY starts to add up and you think, "Dang, there is a LOT of cool stuff in this house that I am LIKING!" You pretty much expect the Kitchen to be updated with granite counters and stainless appliances, (and it is) but I really liked the power strips under the upper level cabinets so there are no (ugly) wall outlets marring the decorative backsplash -AND- there's going to be a handy outlet wherever you need one -- and then you start noticing all the customization done in the cabinetry ... slide out spice trolley's, etc... you realize someone put a lot of thought into the design of this kitchen! Or, over the front door, many homes in this area just have the "builders" window in the 2-story entrance foyer ... these folks spent the extra money, went the extra mile and have a very beautiful circular rose window with wrought iron tracery. Yup! all these little extra touches add up to wonderful value for YOU! If you are looking at waterfront property in the Clear Lake Area, put this one on your list to stroll through and take a look.
