Does that mean the waterfront view is lacking? NO WAY! C'mon .. you EXPECT spectacular vistas when you have luxury waterfront property, and in no way does this house disappoint you. What you don't expect --- and what's in THIS house ---- is all the extra features and little touches that you rarely see all in one place -- an unbelievable attention to thoughtful details makes THIS house something you really do want to see. In addition to the amount of storage space .. nearly all of the closets (and the garage, too) are configured with Slatwall panels so you can quickly customize them to your needs using a dizzying amount of hooks, shelves & baskets, that change easily when your needs change.
A cook's kitchen .. for sure! And, my personal favorite -- a foot pedal control on both the kitchen sink and the utility sink! Sooo handy! and WHY doesn't everybody have one? --- it just makes sooo much sense! Over 300+ feet of waterfront with ample outdoor dining and entertainment space. I can't possibly tell you all about it all in a few paragraphs.
