Outdoor Living Space on pg 8 details information about the outdoor space like:  covered porches, summer kitchen, outdoor fireplace, saltwater pool, spa, and continuous lap pool.

Other Features, Page 8-9, provides more information about the property features such as whole-house technology systems; surround sound; audio system; Lutron lighting system and three tankless hot water heaters … to name a few.

Construction Features on page 9 provides construction details about framing, insulation, design and energy efficient attributes … its worth a quick look.

This is a comfortable house .. comfortable like a pair of well-worn jeans that you slip into just because you want to.  The combination of old-fashioned charm with modern technology systems is tantalizing.

So put this one on your list to see .. its modern amenities coupled with its undeniable Texas Hill Country style will definitely capture your attention!  Feel free to compare it to other homes in the area … with this property … you get “more”!
