River Oaks is a well known luxury neighborhood in Houston, Texas with a blend of “old oil-money” homes from the 1930’s and 40’s, as well as magnificent homes of more recent construction.

At the end of July, 3247 Inwood Drive went Option Pending with 6 days on the market; and then at the end of August, 3640 Willowick Drive went Option Pending also with 6 days on the market. That was a fast 30 days for both!

This River Oaks Home sold OVER LIST PRICE after 6 Days on the Market.
3640 Willowick Drive represented by Victoria Minton and Walter Bering of Martha Turner Properties (MLS# 86406011) was also a very unique property which backed onto the River Oaks Country Club Golf Course.
The exquisite indoor space featured formals with original inlaid hardwood floors and extended height ornamental crown moldings.
The property also had casual outdoor space, including a dining pergola, combined with very formal parterre gardens --- that opened onto the 14th hole of the River Oaks Country Club Golf Course.
Listed at $ 8.6M this River Oaks property also sold after only 6 days on the market.
