For the 8th straight year SMARTePLAN's performance statistics has out-performed the Houston market.  In 2011 over 20% of properties sold AT OR OVER LIST PRICE. Per MLS data, more homes were sold for a higher price, and spent a shorter time on the market. Over 50% sold in less than 45 days, and over 90% were sold within 180 days. Take a look. The chart below summarizes the core data.
