I just got an email from one of my Realtor clients this morning saying thanks to my floor plan she's anticipating an offer on her listing BEFORE its even on the market. Now, that's pretty slick! How did that work? SMARTePLANS are emailable, so they are an easy way to communicate the full property details (including outside space) to an interested buyer. As a PDF file they are also magnifiable up to 6400%, so each and every detail of the property's features and finishes is seen.  

Attached is the email exchange. I was actually giving her a report on one of her other properties (2807 Fairhope) that viewing activity was "high".  I can actually see on my analytics how many times the floor plans are viewed and WHAT they are looking at in the floor plan -- the kitchen? the dining room?  More views of the kitchen than anything else?  I can tell her that .... and frequently share this sort of info with my clients.

She replied with "new" news about a different property where I've finished the floor plan, but we haven't even uploaded it yet. (I've blocked out the address because it is not yet on the market). 

She was, however, able to email the copy of the detailed floor plans  to the interested party and (with fingers crossed) we may have a sale.

Her comment "So again, the floor plans helped again".... refer to her recent $1M+ property going under contract from a guy in London who got into a bidding war to obtain a property he'd never seen --- because he reviewed the SMARTePLAN and made his buying decision based on that.
