I'm not a Houston native and I've always had a hard time understanding where one neighborhood stops and another starts. So I found this interactive neighborhood map online and am thrilled. (see link below) The map portion is overlaid onto a street map so you can see-through and read the street names underneath that outline the neighborhood boundaries … and then if you click on a section, most areas have add’l detail info so you can see the zip codes, median household income etc.

Now many of you agents may know this stuff … but just in case you don’t, or maybe you are familar with just a few neighborhoods and not others – I’m passing it along to you for your use.  

And for all you potential home buyers ... its just one more tool to help you sift throught several properties and perhaps provide additional information for each one.
