The list of the most expensive homes sold last year (the top 10) has been reported by Diana McKinney of the Houston Business Journal. Two of the top 3 homes on the list utilized the SMARTePLANS marketing system to sell the properties.

Both properties were listed by Martha Turner Properties and both utilized a full set of SMARTePLAN marketing materials including an interactive online floor plan and targeted online feature articles.
