Have a SMARTePLAN created for it. SMARTePLANs are detailed floor plan pictorials that upload onto online sites and MAGNIFY online. These are not blurry, hard to read plans. Another distinguishing feature is they have photos embedded into them, click on them and they launch out of the floor plan.   This allows interested vacationers to see your photos with respect to the house --- instead of seeing a slide-show of photos and wondering which room is which?

We'll draw in your furniture in the major rooms and link the plan in with an inventory listing of your amenities. People interested in leasing your property can "SEE" the layout, sleeping arrangements and yes, you have that baby crib they need!  Price is 15 cents per sq foot  to create the drawing and embed photos.
