The easiest way may be to peek at what I'm working on by periodically checking my blog right here. Why? I'm hired to create the SMARTePLAN property pictorials BEFORE the property goes onto MLS. Whatever I'm working on right now may be the very property you're hoping to find!
I know it’s getting ready to go onto the market… so yes, I'll post the neighborhood and the number of bedrooms /baths and that sort of general information, but not the street name or address – which would not be appropriate.
For example next week I’m starting a new home in West U. As I get the property materials near completion I will post a non-interactive floor plan with amenities descriptions as a COMING SOON blog. This allows readers to review the features and finishes of the property before its address is disclosed on MLS as a property for sale.
So if you want to find inventory BEFORE it goes onto MLS and BEFORE everybody else is getting email alerts from HAR.com about new inventory that has just come onto MLS --- just stroll over here from time to time.
