At the end of every month I run a report for my Realtor clients /brokers slicing and dicing the viewing activity on the SMARTePLAN site with respect to their properties.

There are a number of different metrics I follow and report ... like a ranking of the top page views per property by SMARTePLAN and then also a separate ranking by Photo Page Views.  I can report back to the Realtor the top three photos being launched out of the SMARTePLAN for their properties, which is useful information for them to share with their Sellers.

Below is an excerpt from March's report .... and as you can see, I also try to benchmark the data along with HAR.com, our MLS system in Houston.  For March, we continue to track along with HAR.com in several important metrics.
